FlowHer Product Overview
FlowHer is a women's health app built around physiological data from Apple Watch. It helps you understand your period, Body State, stress, and sleep, instead of only recording the date your period arrives.
FlowHer turns temperature, heart rate, HRV, sleep, and cycle logs into easier-to-read trends, so you can see whether your body has been stable, recovering, or carrying more load than usual. It does not judge you or ask you to have a "perfect cycle." It works more like a gentle body signal, reminding you to care for yourself when it matters.
What can you do with FlowHer?
1. Understand today's Body State at a glance
When you open the app, you can quickly see the most important information for today:
- Where you are in your cycle
- How many days until your next period
- Whether you are near ovulation or currently menstruating
- Whether your Body State looks stable
- Whether real-time stress is elevated
- How your sleep quality and recovery look
Body State is shown with clear levels, such as very regular, mostly regular, slightly fluctuating, and clearly disrupted. You do not need to read complex data. You only need to know whether your body has been moving steadily in its own rhythm.
2. Understand stress and recovery through Apple Watch data
FlowHer combines Apple Watch HRV, heart rate, and sleep data to help you understand physical stress, not just subjective feelings.
You can see:
- Real-time stress state
- Whether HRV is higher or lower than your recent baseline
- Whether sleep quality supports recovery
- Whether stress, sleep, and cycle changes show long-term patterns
Sometimes you may feel fine while your body is under more load. Sometimes you may feel anxious while your recovery signals are not as poor as they feel. FlowHer helps separate those signals.
3. Tracking with as little effort as possible
FlowHer is designed for people who do not want logging to become another task.
You can quickly log:
- Period start and end
- Flow, pain, and body sensations
- Mood and perceived stress
- Sexual activity
- Ovulation test results
The more consistently you log, the better FlowHer understands your personal rhythm. But it will not turn tracking into homework or bother you when you miss an entry.
4. Use the calendar to look back and see what may come next
The calendar turns your cycle into a clearer timeline:
- View past and predicted periods
- Understand prediction probability through color depth
- Review daily logs, sleep, steps, and Body State
- Look back across longer cycle history
It is not a check-in board. It is a map for understanding your body's rhythm.
5. See long-term trends
FlowHer Pro provides deeper long-term insights:
- Body State trends
- How stress and sleep may affect your cycle
- Which phases are more likely to fluctuate
- AI period reports after each cycle
These insights focus on trends, not one-time scores. What matters is not only whether today looks good, but whether you can gradually recognize the patterns your body repeats.
6. Deep Apple Watch integration
FlowHer can show key states on Apple Watch and supports quick logging.
On your watch, you can see:
- Body State
- Real-time stress
- Sleep state
- Period and health reminders
FlowHer also offers multiple watch face templates, so the most important information is available with a glance.

You can upload an image or enter a short description, and FlowHer can generate a custom watch face theme.
Current options include:
- Flat, 3D, and realistic styles

It is not a cold data panel. It is a more personal entry point into your body state.

What FlowHer is here to do
FlowHer will not tell you what you "should" do, and it will not evaluate your body by one rigid standard. It helps you see what your body is going through, which changes may simply be part of your cycle, and when it may be worth resting more seriously or seeking support.
A period is not a mistake that needs to be fixed. It is a body process that deserves gentle care.
